Mix a smidge

Pineapple Papaya

Smidge Pineapple Papaya can

Our savory, spicy take on the michelada. Make the mix ahead, then top with a can of Smidge.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Clamato juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • A smidge of salt

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients and chill. For best results, let it sit 1 to 2 days; the longer it sits, the better!
  2. Pour 3 to 4 oz of mix with 12 oz of Smidge Pineapple Papaya (or Orange Blossom Strawberry).
  3. Stir and enjoy!

Blackberry Cucumber

A Smidge Cooler

Smidge Blackberry Cucumber can

A bright, botanical gin cooler with a lychee twist, finished with Blackberry Cucumber.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Giffard Lychee

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain and pour over ice in a tall Collins glass.
  3. Top with 6 oz of Smidge Blackberry Cucumber, and serve the rest of the can on the side as a sidecar.
  4. Garnish with mint.

Orange Blossom Strawberry

Smidge de Cacao

Smidge Orange Blossom Strawberry can

A dessert-leaning sipper of crème de cacao and reposado, topped with Orange Blossom Strawberry.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Giffard Crème de Cacao Blanc
  • 3/4 oz reposado tequila
  • 3/4 oz lime juice

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain and pour over ice in a tall Collins glass.
  3. Top with 6 oz of Smidge Orange Blossom Strawberry, and serve the rest of the can on the side as a sidecar.
  4. Add a light cinnamon dusting and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
